Our return policy is simple and raw juice like our juice.
Pressed, raw juice is perishable once an order has been placed and we have started preparing that order we are unable to provide a refund on the product. However if you have ordered a program and have subsequent deliveries then we are more than happy to provide a refund or store credit for the same or higher value.
When delivering we ask for a 2hr time slot to make sure we can handle all the deliveries across Bangkok and its crazy traffic. If you need a more specific time we are more than happy to work with you on making sure you get your juice when you want it. We ask that there is someone there to receive your delivery. If not we need specific instructions on how to leave the delivery or whom to leave it with. If the criteria are not met our delivery staff will return the order to juiceHQ for delivery at another suitable time. (This may incur an additional small delivery fee)
Our juice is RAW and must be kept COLD at all times. Which means once we make delivery it should go straight into the fridge. So please arrange if we are leaving it with reception or at your office that there is sufficient fridge space.
