Pre/Post Cleanse Programs
A juice cleanse can be scary, especially the first time. But like anything we want to get the most of out we should prepare and this is no difference. Ease yourself into a cleanse and out of the cleanse back to solid foods. So we take it easy. We recommend at least 2 days before (longer is better) and 4 days after.
Preparing for a cleanse is a must, there are some dietary changes that should me made to improve the effectiveness and the ease of your transition to a liquid diet. A simple way to make sure you are ready is to start with a few juices and switch to light meals a few days before your cleanse. Read more about getting ready for your cleanse here.
Then you just get a box 2 days before and continue getting boxes every 2 days after for as long as they like.
